Dear HoN players,
Garena HoN has hit a record high of total player online last weekend. The user growth has been extraordinary fast ever since we launched Open Beta only less than two weeks ago. Everyone here at Garena is very excited about the (far) beyond expectation growth, and on the other hand worries about the system stability and server capacity.
We apologize that we didn't expect such a high number before OBT and hence, we are short of game severs (again?!). While new servers are being shipped, we will have to activate another double match making coin event when we have enough servers in place, probably in 1~2 weeks time.
We are also listening to all your voices about regions selection while playing match making. We are discussing with our partners and hopefully implement separate match making queues according to region selection in two weeks time.
Again we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. New servers will be up as soon as they arrive at the shore!

1st, yeah more servers.
Hope Mars can make more GVIP servers in Machmaking. SGVIP servers are badly during gameplay.

It'll be very much appreciated if the servers don't lag most of the time. And now it's even worst, since the OpenBeta. The leaver rating has hiked to the maximum. I can never get to play a match without someone having to rage quit all the time. That's the one mistake Garena has made in [CENSORED BY ADMIN][CENSORED BY ADMIN][CENSORED BY ADMIN][CENSORED BY ADMIN]. And now it's happening all over again in HoN. I personally preferred the Pay to Play system like before. At least, at that time, players really appreciated their accounts. (:

please make sure the servers used for MM range from 90 ping to 200 at maximum, every game i play in MM my ping always reaches up to 400, 300 at minimum. please Garena HoN, fix it, or change it, better yet, disable it, so we don't waste time, MMR, KDR, for playing such lousy games due to bad servers. it's good to hear that there will be a second double coin MM event, since i barely played any MM game cause of the bad servers. good job Garena HoN, keep it up!

The old server cant even download replay and takes long hours to get game result.
