    how to recover a account that was automatically changed password?

    i was just playing HON here at my house then when i logged out and logged in it then suddenly [Error 002] The username or password you entered is incoorrect!

    pls help me recover my main account pls sir GM

    Have you tried entering your credentials on another computer?

    sir the problem is i used a random email address
    my friend told me that its ok to use random email
    now i regret it =(
    i swear sir its my account.

    the name of this account is giffordman
    the name of the account thats been change pass is GIFFORD`
    and my real name is Gifford
    in not lying sir please help me recover it

    1st.
    I'm not a GM, And Don't double, triple or quadruple post, And I am not always online to answer questions. You need to provide proof the account is your to begin with such as shells purchase histories or receipts because simply saying "you used a random email" does not cut it.

    2nd.
    This is not a Technical error, you need to contact Garena's Customer Support team with legitimate proof it really is your account, don't rely on possible hearsay as it goes nowhere.

    3rd. Use ONLY English on this forum unless it is a region specific section where the native tongue is allowed.

    i just posted here so that you can send me a feedback of what will i do
    1st of all thats my account so for being rude but thats my account. what will you feel if your account has been changed pass automatically?
    and then i loaded it 600 becaue i bought salomon.. sorry man

    I am not mad or being rude, I am enforcing the RULES. If you read the rules, it would say not to bump excessively or spam. And this wouldn't happen to me since I protect my account with 2 step authentication, but if it did then I would be upset but at the same time trying to contact the CS team.

    And like I said earlier, This is not a Tech issue, you need to send a ticket to Customer Support.
