    but i cant unlock that avatar

    Have the same problem for Judge Vindicator, Infernal Behemoth, and Gutbuster Berzerker. Can't use them :T

    4. alternative d-i-y self help option: If you still have not received the avatar after 24 hours and you have the hero (not just the avatar), there is a high possibility your store will refresh with the avatar successfully reflected if you buy something from the store. (for example, buy a symbol/account icon)
    This option helps, right after I bought a hero, I can now use all the avatars that I have won

    Do the DIY thing.

    Buy an Icon/Symbol in the shop and the store page will refresh.
