Please report all your PSR not recorded problems here. We will check through the details and add back the PSR if we verify the information. If you are missing or cannot find your match ID, please do provide a screenshot as proof.

cant remember any details at all.
but instead got 2 sample screen shots and here it is.
date of the game and time: around 13:00++ GMT+8 10/10/10

and we got also unrecorded official game again around 20:00++ GMT+8
but we dont have any details of that game.

haiz playing HON a while a go. GG.mars again we have unrecorded official game....

just take a look...seems like if we win... the game will not record. and if we lose automatic record damn!

Server: GVIP ? , GVIP 7 probably
When: Tuesday (7pm or so GMT+8 last game for that day playing as Flint), Wednesday (2pm or so GMT+8 playing as Valkryie - i think along with my friend DizzyDazzy whose game didnt get recorded as well)
Screenshots: None, we were in cyber cafe.

We didnt normally get all the details because most games which we won - they recorded after awhile. Losing the game will record instantly though ... so we didnt suspect anything until winning/losing the next game and find out the previous game wasn't there. Not even in the game stats checking section.

about 2 3 or more games are not recorded every week. seems like theres something error on recording games. we hope that the GM's will update this kind of problem. and also my shopmates playing HON experiencing it. we here rily hate when we won a close game Vs another shop and the game we expect to record and to see the reply is not available because the game it not recorded.

Like this how we remember our last matches -.-
Won or loose so much games also dint update psr , I better you launch a patch to clear the lags and psr problems , confirm something is wrong .

how am i supposed to report if the game doesn't even @#$%^& record the id????????????

Fking +20 to psr, time and effort all fking go down the drain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i Didnt get any Match id updated after i played 4~5 round game. not even one match id.

My psr didnt get updated and Kdr too. match id not updated too.

Happened to me and my friends today. This is the first time we experienced this and i hope it will be the last. Can't post the match id since it wasn't in the match stats. I don't know the exact time but it was afternoon and i was playing devourer that time.
