    Try downloading .NET Framework 3.5 HERE hope this helps you both out

    downloaded it bt when i install, it failed at the end

    You need to uninstall all the HON related folder/client and install it again.Download and install microsoft net framework 3.5 or above.
    Please use ccleaner to completely erases unused files and cleans up registry that left behind during uninstall.
