    Regarding unrecorded stats of match

    Why garena can no longer retrieve the data of the match?

    Yea i'm experiencing this too. My match stat is not being updated. And its ever since i did my stat reset.. :/ However the stats are recorded as when i go to the guides section of the hero and see how many games i played, its correct there. Just that the stats of the match are not recorded... My EXP bar isnt rising also for some reason. In the game it said i leveled up, but out of game it did not change. The coins are added though.

    got the same problem here, is it because the new update? hope it will be fixed soon i already play 2 matches and none of them are recorded

    Truth!

    I recently played a game once - I lost. WAS happy (for a bit) that it said "failed to retrieve information..." BUT when I logged back in - it DID get recorded. >.<

    Point being, it's probably delayed a bit. So yes, boys - wait for it, please? Maybe it's just today or tomorrow - given we just had a recent patch.
