You can check the Abuse Reports section to see if anyone has made a report regarding your account, therefore, resulting in a ban.
If you have purchased Garena shells recently, your account "might" have been banned for fraudulent activity.

If this is the case, please send an email to hon@garena.com with details of your account and payment details of when you purchased your Garena shells.
