I want to know, why is Hon Support Team ignoring my emails and my problem. It has been 2 weeks plus since I issued my missing Gunblade symbol to them. Hon Support said respond to them within 48 hours if i still havent get my symbol, but now they are ignoring my emails? I never get a single reply from them after i responded as I still havent have my symbol yet. Mod, please issue my problem to the person in charge..thank you. I', very pissed off as they keep ignoring my mails.![]()
