    after I updated HoN then Click on "Start Heroes of Newerth" the error appears. Not even close to see the loading monkey screen

    Try with this:
    Look for "System Restore" in your computer.
    Restore to when you installed the game, DONE.

    Or restore before you install the game, but you have to install the game again.
    DONE

    If you get this error "CModel::Load() - ModelFile NULL resource failure"
    Means you have to reinstall HoN
