Yesterday, i added some IGN to my banlist (Avoiding AFK -> Ruiner)

But i still met this IGN on same team after the match where hes ruining the game ended.

My question is : Why is this happened? (Normal Matchmaking Queque - Solo - Map FoC - Allpick)
