i already set my game graphic setting to lowest. when war time its super spike and lag. no war = smooth. anyone can help with this?

After clicking on the HoN icon on the... Problem started today, 3rd May 2013 at around midday when I tried to start up HoN from the Garena Messenger.


After clicking on the HoN icon on the left panel of Garena Plus Messenger, the launch button was stuck at checking server for around 30 seconds. Then the button turned red with "Start Heroes of Newerth" and when i clicked it, it was stuck on 'Authenticating' for another 30 seconds. After that i get a dialog box saying "Authentication Error, request timeout.".


Normally, the button would show me 'checking server' for half a second before turning red and clickable, and then HoN would start instantly when i clicked on it. But the problem described above kept happening all day. Additionally, I couldn't access http://hon.garena.com/home/ at all. I can access all other sites on the internet, just not the www.Garena.com and all sites related to Garena HoN.


Even so, i found a cashed copy of the downloads page on google, and redownloaded and reinstalled GarenaHoN. Everything went smoothly till Garena Messenger again. The 'checking server' takes about 30 seconds (which is normally instant) and after that it says 'checking version' for another 1 min. Then i get a message saying "could not connect to patch server. Please check your internet connection and try again".

I still cannot open the Garena HoN main page on my browser, and cannot start up HoN from the garena messenger.


I repeat i can access any other site on the internet except Garena's sites. I can even log into the Garena Messenger with my account details. I have played HoN on Garena for the past 1 year and i have never had a problem like this. I played only yesterday night till 6 am in the morning and it was working completely fine.


Please help me.
